Enviamos pedidos con servicio prioritario, y cubrimos los costos de envio y seguro.

Telas se enviarán enrolladas. Cualquier tienda les podrá colocar la pintura sobre la estructura de madera por solo 38 euros. El beneficio de enviarla enrollada es que Ud podra comprobar la calidad de la pieza de arte. Por otra parte, al no haber sido montada le dará la libertad de ajustarla mejor al tamaño de su marco, bien sea este Europeo (centímetros), o americano (pulgadas).

Devoluciones: Si por cualquier razón nos tuviera que devolver la pintura (dentro de los 30 días de haber sido enviada) Ud. tendría que cubrir los gastos de transporte y seguro. Le reembolsaremos lo que Ud habia pagado, excepto por 50 euros (los que cargaríamos como sobrecargo por re-disposición de la tela. Cualquier pieza de arte que fuese devuelta tiene que estar en la misma condición que estaba cuando le fué enviada (sin deterioro).

We ship Courier, and we cover shipping and insurance costs.

Canvass will be shipped rolled up. A frame store will charge you about $40 for putting it on stretcher bars. By sending it rolled up you will be able to check -much better- the quality of the artwork. Furthermore, if it is not mounted, you can adjust it better to your frame size, will be it in centimeters (Europe, Latin America) or in inches (North America).

Return policy: If for any reason you were to decide to return us the painting (within 30 days of us having send it), you will need to cover shipping and insurance for the return. We will reimburse your payment, except for a $60 re-stocking/handling fee. Artwork returned must be in the same condition as it was when we originally shipped to the client.
